Dr. Justin Ternes is a Doctor of Physiotherapy, Breath & Mindset Coach, and Human Performance Optimizer. His work is centered on three main pillars: mind/body, breath work, and performance. Dr. Ternes is passionate about helping high-level humans take their mental health and wellness to another level! He regularly hosts men's groups and breath workshops and leads athletic/executive teams in Breath and Meditation practices. Residing in San Diego, CA, Justin is a sports lover, community builder, and passionate teacher of his work.
