In this episode of the podcast, we are joined by John White. John White; Studied International Business, Marketing, Philosophy, and Sociology. John career has spanned 36 years from 1982 as a quality control inspector just out of High School at the same company for 18 years, ending as a Director of Global Business. As we get into in the episode is all stems from proper communication, being able to listen to the customer and pick up on nuances of that conversation. As with all the episodes the tools and tactics John uses can be applied in any situation to make yourself a more effective communicator in all facets of life. Aside from sales, John enjoys cooking and gives some interesting choices of food he likes to make, as well as a few wines he has tried.
